Fit N Fierce Flow Group Training

 
  • 6 week or 12 week small group Training (1 hr sessions 3x a week that consist of a warm up, 40-45 minutes of resistance & circuit training, and cool down) that helps you get to your weight loss, Fat burning and toning goals while staying accountable, having support and motivation in a small group setting. Group Training consists of 2-6 people training at the exact same time.
