As you get older, certain hormones get produced less, your metabolism slows down and the effects of stress can take a toll on your body & mind. This can lead to low energy, and even weight gain.

What is Metabolism?
In a nutshell metabolism is how you take in oxygen and food and use them for energy, heat, and storage. But what's really more important is how fast your metabolism works i.e. your “metabolic rate”.
But, what you may really want to know is what affects your metabolic rate, and how can you use that to your advantage. Of course it's not just about how much you eat but also your hormones, body composition, and even what you eat counts!

Luckily, there are natural ways that you can boost your metabolism & energy, improve your health and optimize your body`s ability to burn calories.

In this 2 hour Workshop you will be discover natural DIY ways of boosting your metabolism through
food (energy boosting & detoxifying)
exercise and

We will do a fun, metabolism boosting Exercise & Yoga class (50 minutes) to show which exercises and yoga poses are the best for toning & boosting your energy and metabolism. Essential oils samples, DIY Food Cleanse Guide, Food and aromatherapy cheat sheet will be provided for all that come out to this workshop. :)

Cost for this workshop is $20.00 per person, or $30.00 ($15.00 per person) if you bring a friend.

About Niki
Niki, is a fitness enthusiast who is passionate about fitness and loves to help others get fit and make healthier choices. She has experience working as a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Wellness Specialist for over 10 years, in several gyms, helping many women of all ages get fit, eat healthier and make that lifestyle change they need to improve their lives.
She has 10 years of personal experience managing chronic pain due to scoliosis, sciatica and plantar faciitis through exercise, stretching and Yoga. Yoga and stretching have helped her reduce the pain & stiffness that she feels and help keep her moving. She also has learned to manage anxiety and depression through meditation, chakra healing, Yoga, exercise and eating right. Currently, she is a Yoga Instructor and is close to receiving her 200 YRT.


What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free Parking in the front (spots that say 24 and visitor) and in the back of the building

What can I bring into the event?

What's the refund policy?

If event is cancelled, we will refund money. If you are cancelling, we require 1 week notice from the workshop. Any cancellations after 1 week to the workshop, the refund is void. Some circumstances will be considered.
