Yoga Classes are held at our wellness studio in Woodbridge every week.
I have used Yoga to help me manage depression, anxiety, and chronic pain due to scoliosis, sciatica and plantar faciitis. I will help guide you on what stretches and poses are best for relieving the chronic pain, stiffness and tension that you may be experiencing. Yoga is also great for balancing and uplifting our moods and may help you reduce some of the symptoms associated with depression, anxiety and stress too. :)
