Essential Yoga: Breathe

This Essential Yoga Workshop is a completely unique, therapeutic experience designed with specifically chosen yoga sequences and incorporates specifically chosen essential oils that enhance the physical and emotional aspects of the class to accelerate and enhance balancing of body, mind and spirit!

The workshop will be co hosted by Niki Watts and Rebekah Reuser. Doterra Essential Oils and Yoga come together in an aromatically-blissful, 2-hour exploration for your mind, body and spirit.

The cost of this workshop is $15 and includes a yoga class and samples of essential oils.

Make sure to bring your mat and a water bottle with you as we will be going through the poses together!

The focus of our workshop this month will be to let go and open to life. Inspired by doTERRA's variety of fresh, summer citrus essential oils and their scents. The crisp and uplifting citrus aromas combined with the circular energy movement of this practice are the perfect fit for a seasonal summer vinyasa flow. This workshop focuses on side body lengthening and healthy function of the kidneys. YOGA Class at The Learning Enrichment Foundation

On Friday January 20th, 2017 at 1:00 PM, Tai Fitness will be teaching a FREE hatha flow yoga class to the members and staff at the Learning Enrichment Foundation at 116 Industry Street (closest intersection is Weston Rd and Ray St.) Come and join our class! We combine the poses (asanas) and breathing exercises to balance, relax and harmonize your body, mind and spirit. All levels are welcome! Yoga has so many great health benefits such as weight loss, builds lean muscle, relieves tension, improves posture, releases stress & pain, improves flexibility, boosts immune system, increases joint mobility, helps with focus, and improves mood & overall health.
