I have used Yoga to help me manage depression, anxiety, and chronic pain due to scoliosis, sciatica and plantar faciitis. In this Workshop, you will learn about the chakras, and how a deficient or excess chakra affects our health and lives. Learn how to balance and open up the chakras, and clear any blockages so you can be happy, healthy and manifest more in life!
