I have used Yoga to help me manage depression, anxiety, and chronic pain due to scoliosis, sciatica and plantar faciitis. Different health issues and behaviors are associated when the seven chakras are out of balance. Do you know which one of your chakras are deficient, balanced, or in excess?

Did you know that when any of the chakras is out of balance or if there's any blockages with our “chi” or “prana” it can have a huge effect on our lives, ranging from our health, to manifesting, to receiving and the ability to express ourselves.

In this Workshop, you will learn about the chakras, and how a deficient or excess chakra affects our health and lives. Learn how to balance and open up the chakras, and clear any blockages so you can be happy, healthy and manifest more in life!

Essential Yoga: Breathe

This Essential Yoga Workshop is a completely unique, therapeutic experience designed with specifically chosen yoga sequences and incorporates specifically chosen essential oils that enhance the physical and emotional aspects of the class to accelerate and enhance balancing of body, mind and spirit!

The workshop will be co hosted by Niki Watts and Rebekah Reuser. Doterra Essential Oils and Yoga come together in an aromatically-blissful, 2-hour exploration for your mind, body and spirit.

The cost of this workshop is $15 and includes a yoga class and samples of essential oils.

Make sure to bring your mat and a water bottle with you as we will be going through the poses together!

*If you do not have a mat..., we do have some mats at our studio.

The focus of our workshop this month will be to let go and open to life. Inspired by doTERRA's variety of fresh, summer citrus essential oils and their scents. The crisp and uplifting citrus aromas combined with the circular energy movement of this practice are the perfect fit for a seasonal summer vinyasa flow. This workshop focuses on side body lengthening and healthy function of the kidneys. Combined with the uplifting qualities of citrus oils, this practice creates a powerful antidote to our linear world, helps to remove blinders and opens peripheral vision. BREATHE in citrus, exhale into the panoramic view of the body.
