Come and join us at our studio in Woodbridge for a Mixed Level Hatha Yoga class! In this Yoga class, we combine the poses (asanas) and breathing exercises to strengthen, balance, relax, and harmonize your body, mind and spirit. All levels are welcome! Yoga has so many great health benefits such as weight loss, builds lean muscle, relieves tension, improves posture, releases stress & pain, improves flexibility, boosts immune system, increases joint mobility, helps with focus, and improves mood & overall health. Classes are 20.00 (15.00 for seniors & students) sold separately, or 5 classes for 90.00 (18.00 a class)/70.00 for seniors & students or 10 classes for 150.00 (15.00 a class)/125.00 for seniors & students. Classes can be purchased by cash or by credit card through our website or in studio.

**Seniors and students please bring valid ID. Seniors are anyone over the age 65. Students are anyone under the age of 18, or anyone enrolled in high school, university or college.

* Please arrive 5-15 minutes early for the class.
