Yoga & Pilates

 

One on one with a trainer or 2 clients trained together with a trainer. Yoga & Pilates program, that infuses Yoga and Pilates into a workout that tones and defines your physique, builds lean muscle and increases your energy!

Yoga

 

 

We offer various types of yoga classes: Beginner Hatha Yoga, Yogalattes : Core, and Vinyasa Power Flow.
Beginner Hatha Yoga is great for anyone who is just starting out or who is new to yoga.
Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga is for the the intermediate Yogi who wants a more intense class that focuses on breathing and strength.
Yogalattes: Core is a great workout that combines Yoga and Pilates together and targets strengthening the abs, obliques and back muscles. Tone & trim your tummy, get rid of love handles and improve posture with this fun vinyasa pilates workout!

Want to train with friends or family and save money? Or do you just need the motivation of training with a few other people to help push you towards your weight loss goals? If you said yes to any of these questions, then Group Training would be a great fit for you! Group Training consists of 3-5 people training at the same time.
