Partner Training

Two people with similar goals can train at the same time. Grab a friend, have fun and split on the cost of Personal Training together!

Yoga & Pilates

 

One on one with a trainer or 2 clients trained together with a trainer. Yoga & Pilates program, that infuses Yoga and Pilates into a workout that tones and defines your physique, builds lean muscle and increases your energy!
All clients receive a Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Guide that includes information about them, their goals, daily macro-nutrients, and healthy recipes and food suggestions based on their goals.

 

Tai Chi

 

Bring body, mind & spirit into balance with Tai Chi. Tai Chi can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as it improves sleep and overall health. Tai Chi Classes are every Thursday at 7:15 PM-8:00 PM.

 

Yoga

 

 

In this Hatha Yoga class, get in balance, increase your energy and flexibility with Yoga. Yoga helps reduce stress, decreases pains, helps with weight loss and improves your overall health. Yoga Classes starting soon at our studio in Vaughan!

Fierce Bikini Boot Camp is a workout like no other! This workout combines Kickboxing, Yoga, HIIT, Functional Training, and Circuit Training into one workout to help you get in shape fast and burn body fat! Even though the emphasis is toning and strengthening the core and thighs and glutes, this is a total body workout! Register Today!

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 AM .

If you're looking for accountability, joining a boot-camp is great for it!

Each and every class is different, so you'll never get bored! Classes are 2 x per week in studio at the scheduled time. Each class is about 1 hour long, and consists of a 10 minute warm up, 40-45 minute circuit and a 5-7 minute stretch at the end. Each client will get a Personalized Fitness & Nutrition guide complete with nutrition tips and healthy recipes.
Activities include: Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Yoga, strength Training, Pilates, Stretching, Cardio, HIIT, and agility drills
Classes are designed to help you burn tons of calories and lose weight! Niki Watts is Certified Boot-Camp and Kickboxing Instructor, as well as a Can Fit Certified Personal Trainer and YogaFit Instructor. She will be there to challenge and guide you through your weight loss and fitness journey!
