What is a Cleanse and Why do You Need to do it?
A Cleanse is a way of cleaning your body from the inside. When we eat food, our food has to go through our digestive system in order to be broken down and used as fuel for your body. A lot of food is either processed, deep fried, has additives or sugar in it which overtime, can make our digestive track sluggish and not function as well as it should. A Cleanse is essential for healthy weight-loss, muscle building and optimal health.
Overtime, junk, fried, sugary and processed foods can have a negative affect on our overall health, digestive tract, energy levels and our moods. Last year we did a 5 Day Cleanse in The Spring and in The Fall. The picture above is Niki's results from the 5 Day Cleanse.
Since I found out that I had a gluten intolerance in January 2014 from doing a detox diet to find out which food I had an intolerance to.
Since then, I've learned to stay away from gluten as it was causing me to gain weight, and many digestion issues I was experiencing such as nausea, heartburn, bloating, acid reflex, constipation and indigestion.
